Returns Policy


This policy governs the terms upon which Proactivity will accept the return of hired Equipment from customers. Capitalised terms used in this document have the same meaning as given in the Proactivity Equipment Hire Terms & Conditions.

At the end of the Equipment Hire Period

On the last day of the Equipment Hire Period, or such other date as agreed with Proactivity, you must ensure the Equipment is available for collection. The Equipment will be collected by or on behalf of Proactivity by a courier who will, in advance, have scheduled a collection time with you. You must ensure that you are present at the relevant address at the scheduled time to allow our courier to collect the Equipment from your premises.

If you fail to be present at the agreed times for Proactivity's collection of the Equipment you will be liable for the courier costs of the re-scheduled collection and any late return fees charged by Proactivity calculated in accordance with Proactivity's schedule of late fees.

Returns due to Equipment faults

If you experience any defect with the Equipment, except as caused by you, Proactivity will bear the cost of the early collection of the Equipment and, subject to availability, provide you with suitable replacement Equipment at no additional cost.
